Principles and Regulations

These Rules & Regulations are effective from 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal 1427 AH (11 April 2006).

According to the Islamic teaching for the service of humanity Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah is not confined to the Muslim world alone.

Human being whether male or female, Muslim or Non-Muslim, black or white, low or high deserves all due respect and sympathy.

Khilaafat is a global proposition; the activities of Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah are also global in nature.

Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah will adopt positive and permissible way to achieve its objectives.

Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah does not allow any violence and breach of law to anyone anywhere.

All activities of Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah will be transparent and open. Nothing will be hidden or underground.

Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah will use the advancement of resources and technology to promote its cause. However all activities will be bounded strictly to the Qur'aan and Sunnah.

Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah may engage itself more active in some fields and comparatively less active in others. However the Tehreek will cooperate with other organizations in those fields in which it itself is less active.

The main objective of Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah is to bring the entire Ummah under the one cause --- The establishment of idaara-e-Khilaafat. However if an individual being a worker of a religious party; or a religious party due to its circumstances is unable to participate with Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah, the Tehreek will try that all religious parties should be the confederates of each other not the adverts at all; because in view of Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah the intention of all religious parties is the supremacy of Islaam.

The Central Office will be in Zenab Trust, Bund Road , Lahore , Pakistan .

In Muslim countries “Khilaafat Academies” while in non Muslim countries “Preaching Centers” will be established.

Sub offices of Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah can be established anywhere required in the world; by the Muslims living there lawfully abiding by the law of that country.

Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah will publish an Urdu monthly magazine titled "Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah" from “Khilaafat Academy” 155-B Sui Northern Officers Colony, Gazi Road Lahore at present. English and Arabic magazines are proposed to be published in due course of time.

All literature will be published from the central office. However the same can be reproduced when and where will it necessary. Any publication with out the prior approval of the central office will not be considered as the literaure of Tehreek Amaarat-e-Shar'iyyah.
